Vadicov Villa (2009) is located in the picturesque village of Horny Vadicov. The living room is fitted to western standards and contains modern furniture, a wood-burning stove, a dining table and leather 3 and 2-seat couches. There is also a TV (foreign channels) and CD / DVD player here. In a secluded corner there is a desk where, thanks to the Wireless LAN, Internet is available for your laptop. The kitchen - connected to the living room - is equipped with a 4-burner electric cooker, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator with separate freezer and a kettle. The downstairs bathroom has a sink, corner shower and washing machine where you do your laundry. Also downstairs, there is a sauna to help you relax. The six bedrooms provide accommodation for a total of 10 persons: four single beds (90 x 190) and three double beds (180 x 200). One of the bedrooms has a lovely balcony. The bathroom upstairs is equipped with a sink and spacious corner bath. There is also an infra-sauna suitable for 3 to 4 persons. Furthermore, there is a separate toilet plus a separate area for ironing. The house has central heating and a wood.burning stove for extra warmth in the living room.
In summer you can enjoy lots of beautiful nature while hiking, climbing, mountain biking, horseback riding or swimming. The recreational resort of Vadičov is located just 2 km from the accommodation. Here there is always plenty to do. There is a playground for children with up to 20 attractions, a trampoline and even a place to build sand castles. Both young and old will enjoy the pool (14 x 8) with Jacuzzi and sun loungers. Relax at the wellness center with its Finnish, steam and infrared sauna and massage and beauty programs. Outdoor activities abound: there is a tennis court, a summer toboggan run and many other activities such as getting on “Big Wheels” and riding. The surrounding natural environment provides wonderful opportunities for mountain bikers! A winter holiday in Slovakia is a special experience. Here you feel closely connected to nature, which is as unprecedented as the season is impressive. The area has ample opportunity for cross-country skiing as well. Ski equipment can be rented. There is also a ski school. The slopes (800 m) are continuous and well-maintained. Of the whizzing down on the toboggan, you can hardly get enough. Close to the slopes you’ll find snack bars. Additional facilities include a parking lot with a capacity for 200 cars. Very experienced skiers who are looking for more can visit other ski resorts in the area such as Velka Raca - Oščadnica and Vrátna - Chleb. It is possible to reach these areas via the minibus from the recreational Vadičov Resort. Check with the ski resort of Vadičov for schedule and prices. To get an idea of the possibilities: the ski resort of Veľké Ostre (7.7 km) lies at an altitude of 560 to 660 meters and has a length of 800m; the Sports Center of Oščadnica (29 km) is situated at an altitude of 470 to 570 meters and the has slopes of 500 meters; and the Snow Park of Velka Raca (35 km) - the most famous - lies at an altitude of 640 to 1100 meters and contains 1400 m long slopes. If you would like to do something other than skiing: at the recreational resort you can use the pool (14 x 8) with Jacuzzi and sun loungers or relax in the wellness center with its Finnish, steam and infrared saunas and massage and beauty programs.
